I currently have capacity to consider supporting one or two additional operational children’s homes. I’m deliberately selective about the organisations I work alongside.

The right fit for me is an established, responsibly governed provider with a genuinely therapeutic, child-centred approach — where the RI role is valued as part of the leadership and quality framework rather than simply a name attached to registration.

Challenge lands differently when it comes from someone who understands the context and has invested in the relationship.

ASSURANCE

Triangulate, don’t just audit.

Use incidents, complaints, Regulation 44 learning, quality-of-care thinking, staff voice and children’s lived experience to understand the whole picture.

CULTURE

Look underneath the paperwork.

Explore how leadership, staff confidence, relationships and everyday practice shape children’s experience.

IMPROVEMENT

Act before issues become embedded.

Use patterns, actions and professional curiosity to strengthen practice while there is still room to influence it.

Approximately 1–2 additional operational homes only. Any appointment would be subject to appropriate due diligence, suitability, regulatory requirements and mutual fit. I am not currently advertising for volume, paper-only or registration-only RI arrangements.
